George, Jane, Judy, Elroy, Rosie the robot servant, Mr. Spacely drove Flying cars, used Video Phones and moving sidewalks to shuttle them from place to place.“

They have evolved straight out of science fiction.” The last set of Jetson Age inventions to develop is Space Transportation.Space hotels were launched into orbit in 2011 by the Russian Space program, Bigelow Aerospace and Galactic Suite.Virgin Galactic Spaceship Two accepted 500 reservations at $200,000 per reservation for a trip to the International Space Station.
The second generation of Terrafugia Transition® Roadable Personal Aircraft launched March 26, 2012. It is a car that becomes a plane. As a prototype, it is currently priced at $250,000. If the price of production is reduced to $100,000 it could wipe out the traditional automotive market.
